I started at Crouch End The Broadway as a Junior Salesman in 1969 Mr Woodrow was the manager and Mr Newton the Deputy with also a Mr Smith who could of been a Deputy
I went to North London Polytechnic one day a week on Day release to study my Grocers Institute Examination, which I was a prize winner for!
