Fao Management. Recently since the man who retrieved the trolleys before his accident re broken hip. You insist your staff to place the very large trolleys in the bays close to the entrance. No small trolleys at hand for the elderly people who struggle walking with the aid of a cane..or is you only need to do a small shop. When I ask your staff why is this happening they said they were told it’s for health and safety and that they have to stack the large trollies in the area where the cash machine is stationed. I find this not satisfactory and that you are not thinking of your customers who struggle..the large trolleys are too heavy to handle for a small shop and people who are bad on their legs. I ask you you as a customer please review this and instruct your staff to load more small trolleys near and handy as you always have done in the past. Thank you. Mrs Jean Clarke.
