'A new ordering system for the branches' introduces the Plessey Data Capture Equipment. This is a reprint of an article by Derrick Brown in JS Journal August 1972 https://d1nvj7b44vmgv4.cloudfront.net/_file/journal/SA_SC_JSJ_26_2.pdf#page=30. There does not appear to be any significant difference from the article as it appears the Journal (the only minor differences seem to be the page numbers, a change in capitalization of 'receiver' and printer name on back cover).
