Briefcase with a hinged lid, black plastic carry handle, four black plastic feet, and two lockable metal clasps. The briefcase is covered in a black synthetic leather-effect fabric and lined with a black synthetic fabric. A metal letter box has been sunk into the lid of the briefcase and a circular silver metal fitting is visible through a hole in the case base. A black plastic box, metal chain and plastic fitting can be found inside the briefcase.
The case was used for collecting cash from Sainsbury's branches in Bognor Regis and Hove (84/8 Blatchington Road). A metal chain that would have been fastened around the wrist of the cash collector is missing.
