File containing details of potential new stores in Northern Ireland for the Chairman's Committee. Proposals are included for stores in various locations throughout Northern Ireland.

This includes: a 'Key Data Sheet' for each store with a summary of each proposed store (eg area, financial appraisal, costs, planning information, recommendations); project details (more details including information about acquiring sites), town planning information, site assessment and turnover estimates, information and maps of competitor store locations, estimate of petrol sales, and plans and aerial photograph of the site.
