Standard layout plans

Instore bakeries Store planning

Photocopied and original plans setting out standard layout principles for elements of Sainsbury's branches such as the customer toilets, instore bakery, fish counter and managers office. Contains hand drawn and coloured tracings including one of a petrol pump. Different plans were drawn up by different companies, for example the bakery plans are by Tom Chandley Bakery Engineers Limited.
