'E. Boxall, Manager' name plate

Signage

Glass plate inscribed 'E. BOXALL MANAGER' in gold coloured lettering. Two copper chains are attached to the top of the plate by copper alloy fittings through holes in the glass. The plate would have been suspended by the chains from a mahogany screen at the far end of a Sainsbury's shop which separated the sales area from the manager's office.
