Legal Charge (Second Mortgage) between (1) The Sutton (Eastern Counties) Housing Association Limited and (2) J Sainsbury Limited relating to land situated in Layston, Buntingford and the agreement of (1) to pay £48580 owing to (2). Dated 11 Feburary 1977.
