Bulletins sent to the Branch Manager and Deputy Manager Dry Goods at Sainsbury's stores with information and actions relating to the Grocery Manager, Reception Manager and Shift Manager roles.
Most of the bulletins relate to the Grocery Manager whose department sold most of the pre-packaged foods and drinks which were stored at room temperature and also most non-food products. The Reception Manager was responsble for deliveries coming into the branch. The Shift Manager was responsible for the evening and night shift including the overnight replenishment of the shelves.
