Period 3 Monthly Briefing. (9th May - 3rd June 2016) Includes: presenters Emma (Scunthorpe store) and Johnathan (Area Support Assistant N11-1, North). Filmed from Lincoln Tritton Road Store. FreeFrom range rebranded to 'Deliciously FreeFrom' and launching new products. News round-up: medal awards; new stores (Currie, Lanark Road West; Lewisham, Sydenham Road); colleague benefits (Cycle to Work Scheme); Love Awards.

Perid 4 Monthly Briefing. (6th June - 1st July 2016) Includes: presenters Caroline (Hockley Spa Road Local) and Simon (Matlock store). Filmed from Swadlincote Store. Waste Less, Save More program. News round-up: medal awards; new stores (Chapeltown, Wortley Road; Teddington High Street; Isleworth, London Road; Camberwell, Peckham Road; Borough Green, Wrotham Road); 'inspiration plynth' to help customers that are stuck for ideas; selection of new local charity partners; colleague benefits.

Period 5 Monthly Briefing. (4th July - 29th July 2016) Includes: presenters Helen (Keighley) and Mark (Manchester Piccadilly Local). Filmed at Nantwich Store. Customers with non-visible or hidden disablities. Period 7 Monthly Briefing. (12th September - 21st October 2016) Includes presenters Karen (Ladbroke Grove, London) and Alex (Faversham, Kent). Filmed at St Albans store. Sainsbury's Argos, being inclusive and the importance of keeping information safe. News round-up: three new stores (Bradford Road, Menston; High Road, Broxbourne; Woodberry Down, Hackney).

Period 9 Monthly Briefing. (29th October - 18th November 2016) Includes presenters Suri (Maypole store, Birmingham) and Jude (Shrewsbury). Filmed at Langbridge store. Update ahead of Christmas period with Food Commerical Director, Paul Mills-Hicks, and Marketing Director, Sarah Warby. Planned changes include: pre-issuance of Nectar double up scheme, sampling, plinths, christmas ordering, more click and collect stores, 'hosting and helping', grocery online deliveries and staff can now select a customer to give Nectar points to. News round-up: data governance policies, sharesave and employees who have been with Sainsbury's for 3 months or over are now eligible for 10% discount at Argos and 25% at Habitat.

The advert was released on Monday 14th 2016. The advert follows the same theme as the last few years - Christmas is for sharing.

Period 10 Monthly Briefing (21st November 2016 - 13th January 2017) Includes presenters Karen (Ladbroke Grove, London) and Andrew (Stanway, Colchester). Filmed at Camden Store in London. Features Director of Brands, Judith Batchelar and Head of Product Development, Susi Richards, discussing improved party food range and new Christmas products. Products include 'Noel' tiffin cake, Crement de loire, Taiwanese buns and pork belly squares. Also includes a message from Mike Coupe.

Period 12 Monthly Briefing (16th January 2017 - 17th February 2017) Includes presenters Alex (Faversham) and Helen (Keighley). Three Minutes with Mike Coupe where Helen and Alex ask Mike questions about the business in 2017. New advert campaign based on dancing and cooking #fooddancing and an interview by Mark Given; also interviews Richard Heatherson who features in the advert. News round-up: Contactless payment now available in all Convenience stores, National Love Awards 2017, Red Nose Day 2017 and Active Kids.
