01:33: "Local Heroes in Africa": Clips of visit of Sainsbury's staff to Kenya and Tanzania to see the impact of Fairtrade (a charity supporting producers in developing countries of various products, some of which were sold by Sainsbury's). The "Local Heroes" were Sainsbury's staff who had been recognized for helping their local communities. Includes Oserian flower farm, school and coffee farm. Ends with instruction onscreen to "Pause the VHS now", presumably to enable discussion amongst viewers.
