Bulletin first issued on 18th April 1996 'to bring procedural updates under one umbrella' which was published each Thursday. Any urgent notices however would be published in 'Action Today' (see SA/BRA/3/1/2/4) and detailed bulletins could be published as a 'Spotlight' (see SA/BRA/3/1/2/6). They were published by Retail Procedures at Sainsbury's head office and sent to Sainsbury's stores.
These bulletins covered a wide variety of procedure updates affecting stores such as stock ordering and control, computer systems, health and safety, customer service, human resources matters, and advertising.
The archive does not have a complete set of these bulletins. In particular there are only selected issues for 1997 and 1998. It is unknown whether the bulletin continued after 1998.
