Video for Sainsbury's staff about Sainsbury’s new “Service Recipe” advertising campaign (starring Ulrika Jonsson), and how Sainsbury’s was working to improve customer service.

The video was shown to all Sainsbury's staff (according to AV/172 at 23:22) and was also shown at a press conference (see AV/172) to promote the new customer service initiative and 'Service Recipe' advertising campaign to the media.
