"Aggression: How to Address Violence and Aggression in the Workplace" training video

The video shows experiences over several months of three Sainsbury's staff: Lyn and Sue, who work at Lower Richmond Road, Richmond branch, and Dave, who works at Fulham Road Local (295-297 Fulham Road) branch. Dave is Sue's son and Lyn's husband. Both branches appear in the video. Lyn, Sue and Dave show and tell staff how to deal with verbally aggressive customers at the checkout, customer service desk and in the aisles, and then how to deal with a possible vagrant entering a branch, a domestic dispute in a branch, shoplifters (including an intervention by a police officer) and muggers or other criminals when leaving branches late at night.
