Includes footage of staff demonstrating unsafe working methods in a branch and how this impacts on staff and customers.
The second part of the video (starting at 06:58) tells staff how they should respond to a fire in a branch, including setting off fire alarms, telephoning the general office, using fire extinguishers (including different types) and blankets, evacuation procedures, fire exits, assembly points, and preventing fire hazards. Includes footage of staff and customers inside and outside Green Park Station, Bath branch.
