Video beginning and ending with a screen showing a background of oranges (part of the "making life taste better" branding used from c. 1999-2005) and text (not in the correctly branded font) reading "What can you do to make it better?". The video then follows the day of an unidentified female Sainsbury's staff member, starting with her waking up and journeying to work at a branch which appears to be 303 Uxbridge Road, Hampton branch. She interacts with various colleagues and customers at a checkout, at first with an unhelpful attitude (not smiling, helping with packing or replacing broken eggs promptly). The difficulties the customers experience when they are not at the branch are then observed by the staff member (such as an elderly customer not being able to get a taxi, and a pregnant customer not being helped to lift heavy boxes), leading the staff member to change her ways and be more helpful, receiving the gratitude of the same customers and her colleagues.
Apart from the beginning and end there is no text onscreen or commentary in the video, and it is unclear how it was intended to be used. It does not seem to be a completely official Sainsbury's production. Two songs are played, first 'What Can I Do' by The Corrs, and then 'Marvellous' by the Lightning Seeds.
Duration: 9 minutes 5 seconds.
