Female staff head kerchief. The item consists of a triangle of material which has a white background with a light orange and brown fine checked pattern. There is an orange trim on two sides and on the longest side a 4cm band of matching orange material is present, attached to the right side of the material is matching elasticated material and a button hole, on the left of the band is a button. The garment would fasten with the elastic running along the base of the skull, while the band runs along the forehead, the hair being covered by the checked triangle of material. There is a label giving care instructions and another giving the manufacturer's name, a paper tag is attached giving the style number and customer. A pre-existing reference number is written on the inside of the band in black ink.
