Two photographs mounted on card showing the Sainsbury's branch at 40-41 High Street, Colchester before and after refurbishment in 1925. The left hand print is identical to SA/BRA/7/C/31/1/1. The changes to the building visible include painting of the brickwork, replacement of the windows, and adding shutters next to the windows. The next door shop which is part of the same building (W.J. Harris & Co. Ltd) can also be seen. The name of the architect presumably responsible for the refurbishment, Henry W. Binns of 15 Soho Square, London is written in the corner.
