Photograph showing construction work in progress in Exeter at a development next to St Thomas railway station which included a new Sainsbury's supermarket ("Exebridge" branch), a leisure centre, a library, and restoration of the station building. The image is probably of the interior of part of the leisure centre (the height and wall looks more like that which would be expected in a sports hall rather than a supermarket). The leisure centre was called the Plaza Leisure Centre (it was later renamed the Riverside Leisure Centre).
