The photograph was used in a full page newspaper advertisement published on 4 February 1926 in the Luton News (see SA/MARK/ADV/1/1/1/1/1/6/9/2). It was also used in a [1980s-1990s] advertisement "Sainsbury's stores in Luton have always been popular.". According to a note on the back of one copy Mr J.B. Sainsbury can be seen walking towards the right of the picture.
