Sainsbury [later Lord Sainsbury of Preston Candover]; photographers; the first customers arriving; customers shopping; checkouts; and bus fares being refunded.

There is no sound on the copy of the film that has been digitized. It is not clear whether there was originally any sound track or if it was only produced as a mute film.
