(04:19) Question and answer session with Tom Vyner, Dino Adriano and others in the audience answering questions relating to assumptions on Tesco’s strategy, communications, an incident of bad publicity and rules on sampling, organization of the company - continuous improvement rather than a major restructuring exercise, produce improvement programme, Reward Card, pro-active communication of the company’s positive attributes, internal communications with staff, internal customer service within the company, and whether there are lower priority things to be stopped.
