Includes a Certificate of Authentication and 9 Coupons (numbers 1-7 and 2 blank Coupons), the Company for value received hereby promising to pay to the bearer of this Note on 2 Oct 1996...upon presentation and surrendering this Note the principal sum of U.S.$100,000 (One hundred thousand United States dollars) together with interest on such principal sum from 2 Oct 1989 at the rate of 9&1/8 per cent. per annum payable annually in arrear.
