Postcards of paintings, teachers notes, video cassette, BBC Teaching Today programme guide and teachers pack introductory page from the 1996 Pictures for Schools scheme. The 1996 scheme gave 1100 secondary schools a set of four framed reproductions of paintings, a teachers pack and a video copy of the BBC Education programme about the paintings. Sainsbury's store managers chose schools in their local area to participate in the scheme.
