The video seems to have been made for an internal audience of supply chain staff.
The interview took place at Sainsbury's Holborn head office and the video includes footage of the interior of the building and staff. There is brief footage showing a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) "Partnership at work Fund" award. The video ends with several out-takes.
