"Wage Rates" leaflet insert ('SPEC' version)

Flyer (probably intended as an insert to a recruitment leaflet) detailing the wage rates at (some) Sainsbury's branches including basic pay and proficiency payments for Saleswomen, Leading Saleswomen, Clerks and First Clerks. A code 'PROV' is printed on the leaflet - pay levels varied in different parts of the country and this code probably indicated to staff the area where these pay rates applied to ensure it was correctly distributed ['PROV' possibly refers to a 'provincial' (non-London pay rate].

The flyer is mounted in a guardbook so the back page is not fully viewable and is not included in digital images of the item.
