Leaflet advising customers of the new open-top refrigerated cabinets being installed in the dairy department of Cheapside, Nottingham branch. The cabinets were designed and built by Sainsbury's own research engineers. Butter rations would be weighed in a preparation room behind the scenes. This leaflet is possibly a proof as it is on a sheet of paper folded into four with only one side of the sheet printed on (it would be more typical of a finished copy to be printed on both sides - either with the text from the second page or with some additional content).
