Each card includes the name of the employee, their home address, their date of birth and when they joined the company. It also gives the name of the branch and department they worked in, when they joined the department or branch and when they left. The card had to be handed back to Sainsbury's when the holder left the company.
One of the envelopes also contains an identity certificate. The pass contains a photograph of the holder and their name and signature.
