"Counting on Service" training video

Training video for bakery and delicatessen counter staff from Sainsbury's Branch Operations Training Department.

"Concentrating on three main aspects of Counter Service - Counter Display Skills, Product Knowledge, and Selling Skills - the film is a mixture of still pictures and live action, put together in such a way as to portray good and bad examples of how to handle certain situations. Breaks have been built into this programme to give the viewer the opportunity to discuss events that have just been witnessed on the screen, and decide on the best approach to take when faced with the same situation in their own branch."

The video was intended for all service counter staff as part of the Building Better Business programme. It covered the skills involved in counter display, product knowledge and selling skills.
