A perpetual desk calendar, that displays every day and month as required. From the front, the date is at the top, wound forwards or back by means of plastic pins on the right hand side. Next is the month, wound like the above. Beneath this is a large winged bird motif raised on the surface. The bird appears to be a vulture, or similar and is gazing to the left.
On the back at the top is written, 'The "Datax" calendox, registered trade mark, Perpetual Calendar, Desk model No 18, Made in London'. At the bottom is written: 'reg. design no. 814266'
