The first folder however contains manual tabulations which are coded (eg C1) with no description.
The machine printed tabulations each appear to list various items of expenditure or income. For each item there is a short (usually abbreviated) description, a code number and three columns of figures. Descriptions include items such as "OFFCL SALARY", "LEDGER", "P OFF ADJ512".
