Tables of amounts of money sent to banks by Sainsbury's branches. Tables are included for each week. Transactions are grouped by bank name and listed by branch number.
Various banks were used: Westminster, Lloyds, Barclays, Midland, N.P.B. From January 1970, the money banked with the Midland Bank is detailed in a separate cash-in-transit book.
