Volume containing details of payments of rents, taxes, insurance and utility bills for properties occupied by Sainsbury's (mainly branches but also some other premises such as the Blackfriars head office buildings).

Includes rent, insurance, King's taxes, poor and general rates, water rates, gas and electric current payable on a quarterly basis. The volume also includes the name of the landlord of the property, gross and rateable assessments, and the annual rent.

The volume is mainly in alphabetical order by name of branch or property.

Some loose notes and correspondence are also enclosed in the volume.
