Photographs of Wood Green branch in North London after it had been extended. The extension allowed the branch to become a partial self-service branch. The original part of the shop was the counter-service section which sold perishable goods and fresh meat, and the extension was used as a self-service section with groceries (packeted goods, tinned goods, frozen foods).
Some of the photographs appear in JS Journal May-Jun 1963.
