Video recording of 'vox pop' interviews with Sainsbury's customers asking their opinions about food safety and asks what they would think about adding an antibacterial agent to product packaging. The video was for internal use in the company, and appears likely to have been produced for market research purposes to assess the potential demand for Microban (an antibacterial substance, added for food safety purposes to products such as chopping boards) ahead of its launch in September 1997. The interviews appear to have been filmed at Clapham [Clapham High Street] store, inside and outside the store.
