Caption on back of photo: "New hostel acquired by J.S. in Brooklands Ave Cambridge. Our first male dormy house" and gives the names of the people in photo "l to r. Sir Charles Wentworth Stanley, A.E. Snow (dist[rict] manager), Mr John [Benjamin Sainsbury], H Lilley (manager at Cambridge), S.T. Goldup (Mr John's private secretary).".
