The advertisement features a manager showing a trainee around the store who disappears when a customer asks where to find the mustard. The manager approves when he finds out that he has been to help a customer. The commercial was filmed at Bramingham Park, Luton store. With "Where Good Food Costs You Less…and service is free" slogan.
The advertisement is by Abbott Mead Vickers advertising agency and is one of five commercials in a series broadcast from 1985 on Thames, Television South, Central, Anglia, Granada, Yorkshire, and HTV (ITV stations). JS Journal October 1985 features an article about the commercials.
