1978-1981 store opening leaflet series

Leaflets to promote the opening of new Sainsbury's stores.

The leaflets in this series all have a similar layout to each other (but varying text) and are A4 sized (4 sides folded), with a white cover page with red text. On the centre pages the leaflets give information about the different departments and range of goods available in each store and a comment about the Discount '78/'79/'80/'81 price reduction scheme. On the back page there is information about car parking, opening hours and a map of the store location.

The leaflets are illustrated with photographs of own-brand products and shoppers on the centre pages, and a shopper loading her car with goods on the back page.
