Television commercial (30 seconds) promoting Sainsbury's centenary in 1969.

Kenneth Kendall (newsreader) visits an unidentified branch and asks an Italian-born customer what she thinks of Sainsbury's and whether she knew the company was 100 years old. She praises the quality of Sainsbury's and the prices.

Ends with a cake with candles and the slogan "100 Good food years".
