2 leaflets providing information about sensible eating, with colour photographs of Sainsbury's products.

Products featured include:
fresh fruit and vegetables, breakfast cereals, dairy products, salad pots, and wholewheat bread, bisks, quiches, pizzas, and spaghetti, Sainsbury's Highland Water and healthy eating cookbooks

Both leaflets feature map, address and opening hours for individual branches (Kidderminster and Southport respectively). There are two sizes of leaflet: one dated 1982 (which features 2 recipes on its back cover) and a smaller version dated 1983.

Leaflets were available to customers at no charge.
