Booklet featuring the range of Chinese dishes available at Sainsbury's (aimed to coincide with Chinese New Year) which includes: Sharwood's range of Oriental sauces and noodles; meats, duck, rice, Ross Oriental Express ready-to-cook range, Sainsbury's ready meals, exotic fruits and fruit-based desserts; includes recipe ideas and colour photographs.

Recipes included: Thai Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Black Bean Sauce; Sweet and Sour Chinese Vegetable Stir-Fry; Salt and Pepper Prawns; Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup; Hoi Sin Pork and Soup Noodles; Chicken with Cashews; Teriyaki Steak with Flash Fried Peppers; Beef and Vegetable Wraps; Beef in Oyster Sauce; Plum Duck Kebabs; Red Thai Duck Curry; Five Spiced Duck Breast with Honey Glaze; Chinese Sea Bass Parcels; Sesame Egg Fried Rice; Mango and Coconut Pots; and Oriental Fruit Platter.
