Recipes featured are accompanied by wine suggestions and include those celebrating Christmas traditions from around the world (including French, Italian, Greek, Belgian, and Portuguese) as well recipes from three of The Master Chefs of Britain: Tessa Bramley of The Old Vicarage, Paul Patterson of Le Meridien Victoria and Albert, and Peter Gorton of The Horn of Plenty.
