Many of the products in the catalogue were only available through the Christmas Food to Order service.
The brochure is divided into the following sections:
"Turkey & game" - various turkeys, duck, goose, two-bird roasts, and guinea fowl
"Roasts & mains" - beef, pork, gammon, fish, pastry dishes (en croute, beef Wellington, a pie), casserole
"Meat free & sides" - various vegetarian main dishes and side dishes (eg nut and mushroom roast), vegetables, gravy and condiments, meat side dishes (eg sausages in bacon)
"Starters & sharing" - various ready-prepared starters and sharing dishes including seafood and fish starters (eg smoked salmon), olives and antipasti, cooked meats, pies, international snack selection
"Desserts & cheese" - various desserts, cakes, cheese selection
