"Worldwide flavours" - meat and poultry recipes 'with global influences and sensational flavours': Malaysian chicken curry with relish; five spice pork; sesame steaks and slaw; liver with red onion and sage gravy; southern-fried chicken with succotash; herb crusted lamb chops with mint salsa.
"Dinner à deux" - gourmet three-course menu recipes: globe artichokes with easy basil hollandaise; pork steaks with wild mushroom sauce; caramelised honeyed pears.
