The booklet is divided into the following sections:
"The award for quality goes to…" - promotes various own-brand products which had won awards in the Supermarket Quality Awards "Q Awards".
"Tender New Zealand lamb" - promotes New Zealand lamb; recipe for lamb with cannellini beans.
"Take a bite" - promotes New Zealand apples.
"They're bun-tastic" - promotes Sainsbury's hot cross buns range.
"Smooth and creamy bio" - promotes Sainsbury's Bio yogurts; recipe for chicken with Bio yogurt herb sauce.
"Fresh from the deli counter" - promotes Sainsbury's delicatessen counters and products including cooked meats and olives; recipes for: chorizo pasta; kabanos sausage salad; pork fillet with serrano; bruschetta with anchovy topping.
