Booklet (52 page illustrated A4 size) promoting various products available at Sainsbury's during autumn 2002 including recipe ideas.
The booklet also promotes Sainsbury's to You online shopping service, and the next free guide for Christmas which will be available from 6 November. The booklet was edited by Marc Cudd, and was also available as a "talking newspapers" audio tape.
The booklet is divided into the following sections:
"Season's best: what's in store" - promotes a wide variety of products suited for the season including various Sainsbury's Taste the Difference products.
"Nature's harvest: fresh vegetables at their best" - promotes seasonal vegetables; recipe for tangy roast roots with chestnuts.
"Bowl 'em over" - promotes the new Sainsbury's Chunky soups range.
"Squash tactics" - recipe for roasted squash with gnocchi.
"Ocean fresh: cod and haddock from Iceland" - promotes Icelandic fish; recipes (baked cod with green lentils; haddock and saffron broth).
"To cap it all" - promotes field mushrooms; recipe for sirloin steak with field mushrooms and cream sauce.
"Petite potatoes" - recipe for braised anya potatoes and bacon.
"A triumph of taste: meet our new cheese champions" - promotes Sainsbury's cheeses which had won prizes at the Nantwich International Cheese Show.
