Includes recipe ideas, colour photographs and an advertisement for Sainsbury's Bank. Brochure was available to customers at no charge as part of the "Sainsbury's Fresh food, fresh ideas" advertising campaign. The brochure was designed and produced by New Crane Communications.
The brochure is divided into the following sections:
"Heat and serve" - promotes barbecue foods; recipes for: chilli and tomato relish; barbecue bream with herbs; herb marinade; chicken tikka drumsticks and rogan josh lamb shoulder chops with a cool sauce; Chinese chicken with egg noodle salad; halloumi and vegetable kebabs; gourmet mango salad; barbecued black beans ribs; cajun prok chops; barbecued corn with chilli and lime butter.
"Lazy sunday lunch" - promotes seasonal products for Sunday dinner; recipes for: salmon and dill soup with soured cream and salmon roe; marinated sirloin steak with red onion confit; oven-roasted new potatoes with oregano; glazed summer vegetables; summer berry tart.
"Meat with a twist" - recipes for: roasted cumin parsnips with lamb chump chops and feta sauce; Thai beef cakes with chilli jam and crème fraîche; tomato chilli jam; udon noodles with spiced beef and mint.

"Food to go" - picnic recipes: tagliatelle torilla with bacon and sage; ploughman's double decker rolls; pasta salad with blue cheese dressing; also promotes Sainsbury's range of quiche.
"Sunshine wine" - promotes wines for summer; recipe for summer fizz.
"Cool mixes" - promotes spirits and soft drinks; recipes for: elderflower and lemon spritzer; flavoured ice cubes.
