Brochure was available to customers at no charge as part of the "Sainsbury's Fresh food, fresh ideas" advertising campaign. The brochure was designed and produced by New Crane Communications.
The brochure is divided into the following sections:
"Harvest festival" - recipes promoting vegetables: spiced lamb patties with roasted squash, stir-fried sesame and ginger cabbage; sweet potato daupinoise; cream swede.
"Seasonal salads" - recipes for: warm chicken liver, avocado and bacon salad; smoked mackerel, mango and rocket salad; stuffed avocado.
"In the soup" - soup recipes: savoy cabbage, lentil and bacon soup; roasted onion and garlic soup with vegetable crisps; parmesan crisps; polenta croutons; Scotch broth; also promotes Sainsbury's Fresh Soups and stocks range.
"Hot roots" - recipes with root vegetables: rosti-topped pie; vegetable casserole and dumplings; baked lamb.
"Fast food" - promotes Sainsbury's ready meals
