Includes recipe ideas and colour photographs. Recipes featured: basic pancake batter; pancakes with roast butternut squash, soft red onions and mascarpone; oriental prawn pancakes; spinach and potato pancakes with crispy cod; Scottish oatmeal pancakes with blueberry sauce; French fruit crepes; honey and lemon pancakes with baked fruit; mini pancakes with chocolate crispy sauce; pancake faces; and American pancakes with bourbon fudge sauce.

Booklet was available to customers at no charge as part of the "Sainsbury's Fresh food, fresh ideas" advertising campaign.
