Back page promotes other English cheeses (Sainsbury's Blue Stilton; Sainsbury's Leicester; Sainsbury's Cheshire; Sainsbury's Medium Matured Cheddar) and includes recipes for: Stilton Quiche; Jacket Supreme; Apple Cheese Flan; Celery, Apple, Cheese and Nut Salad.
